<p>Yet, every day you may be faced with a seemingly uphill challenge to stop your gut spilling out over your jeans, even though you do try to eat healthily and work out.</p>
<p>If you are a guy reading this article and you go to the gym a lot, eat healthily enough and generally consider yourself to be fit, but still have some belly fat, the following paragraphs may surprise you. I know when I first learned and tried this method it surprised me.</p>
<p>What, then, is this particular 3-Step plan to lose your belly fat?</p>
<p>I can tell you what it is not for starters. It is not:</p>
<p>A get-ripped-quick extreme system</p>
<p>A starve-yourself system</p>
<p>A system that means a radical change to lifestyle and diet</p>
<p>The last bullet point is of particular significance. You do not need to change much of what you are currently doing to start to lose belly fat. It is more about the quality of what you do rather than the quantity.</p>
<p>Here, now is the 3-step fat loss plan I would recommend. It worked for me. I lost 12 pounds of fat in just under 90 days and now have a belly that is not disproportionate to my build. I am quite slim in build naturally (around 11 stone) and so I had the added frustration of being quite well-toned in other places but had the fat, the lines and the creases on my waist.</p>
<p>The step are as follows:</p>
<p>Starting today, make a journal of the following things: what you eat and when you eat</p>
<p>Eat an extra meal at 3.30 pm or 4 pm. To do this first take a look at what you eat, and remove only 10 % of your optimal calorie intake (use an online tool to calculate this). Rearrange how much you eat in other meals to accommodate for the 4th meal.</p>
<p>Replace some gym time for at least 1 High Intensity Interval Training workout per week.</p>
<p>These 3 steps are the basis for getting that belly fat burning and losing that stubborn inch or more of fat.</p>
<p>A point to note is that I do not advocate stopping eating white bread or pasta or even stopping drinking wine or beer immediately, if ever. The key is to reduce eating and drinking these types of foods gradually and learn to fit more healthy options into your diet.</p>
<p>It is more important to get into the habit of eating more fruits, vegetables and nuts (if you can eat these) rather than junk food without going to extremes. In essence, it is about rearranging and improving the quality of what you eat and how you move in pieces, one week or two weeks at a time.</p>

However, to focus on maximum fat loss or any other goal  you have to play around with different lifting parameters. For example,  duration, rest, intensity, volume, etc&#8230; With that being said, to maximize for fat loss it is best to use these lifts while making use of  circuit training.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Circuit training sees each lift as a station. You complete 1 set at each station until you come back to the station you started at, which would complete 1 circuit. Lets make use of circuit training through this sample workout:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Workout A</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Use a weight that you can normally get for 8 reps with good form</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Power cleans 1&#215;5</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pull-ups 1&#215;5</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Front Squats 1&#215;5</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Alternating dumbbell Bench Press on Swiss ball 1&#215;10 (5each arm)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">jumping lunge switches 1&#215;10 (5 each leg)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mountain climbers 1&#215;10</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rest 1-3 minutes and repeat 2-3 more times.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What about cardio?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No fat loss program is complete without High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for cardio. HIIT will double your fat loss burning potential in half the workout. So instead of going on a 30 minute jog at a steady pace on that treadmill, try to accumulate 10-15 minutes of HIIT this way: Warm up on the treadmill at a moderate pace. After about 5 minutes crank up to level of high intensity so that you are sprinting all out for about 15-30 seconds and then lower the intensity back down to a moderate pace for about 45-90 seconds. Repeat this 2 step process 4-5 more times and your done.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Warm up x5 minutes Repeat A/B 4-6 times</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A.Low intensity 1:30 sec</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In conclusion, circuit training and HIIT are two very intense and effective ways to maximize your fat loss potential inside or outside of a gym. These two methods will drastically reduce your time spent working out and will boost your body&#8217;s metabolism, which will set you up to burn more calories throughout the day. You can customize everything to fit your schedule as you see fit and the training parameters can be adjusted accordingly.</p>

<p>Fat burning can actually be a tricky task. Put in too little effort and you won’t achieve much, however put in too much effort and the human body will over compensate by consuming muscle tissue, which is not the desired effect. Many believe the best way of burning fat is to slightly increase the heart rate and body temperature (collectively known as the thermal effect) for extended periods of time, and fat burners are capsules that help with this.</p>
<p>****Choosing the ‘right’ brand****</p>
<p>Prior to taking any fat burners I did a bit of research on the internet and found many contradictory reviews on many different forums. There were both extremes with some users reporting significant adverse side effects and some users experiencing no side effects at all, and everything in between. In addition, some users raved about fat burners and others commented they were a total waste of money. Everybody is different and everybody will react differently to different things and since there are loads of fat burning capsules on the market all of which claim to be the most effective and requiring minimum effort from you choosing the right one is a difficult task. It is simply a matter of doing a bit of research, choosing what you consider to be the best one for you and running with it.</p>
<p>Having used Maximuscle products in the past (mainly because I found someone who could supply Maximuscle protein shakes considerably less than any other brand) I thought I would take the plunge and use Maximuscle’s Thermobol fat burners.</p>
<p>****So, what’s in these here Thermobol caps?****</p>
<p>The ingredients used in one thermobol capsule is bitter orange peel (325mg), L-tyrosine (300mg), Caffeine (153mg), green tea extract (100mg), guarana seed power (12mg), bioperine (5mg), Vit B12, D-biotin, Vit B5 and Vit B1. There are traces of the final four ingredients. I must admit that I am not sure what most of these things are, or what they do but the same ingredients in similar quantities seem to be present in most fat burners I looked at.</p>
<p>****What to do with them****</p>
<p>The bottle advises two capsules first thing in the morning, with plenty of water and nil by mouth, and then a further capsule mid afternoon or just before exercise. It is advised to leave a minimum of five hours between taking the third pill of the day and bed. This advice is best taken because many users Thermobol capsules suffer problems sleeping.</p>
<p>****My experience****</p>
<p>The first thing I noticed about the Thermobol was their size. They are simply massive and look like horse tablets that said I found they slipped down the throat quite easily. I would also recommend taking them with plenty of water to ensure they are fully washed down as if some of the powder remains in the back of the throat it leaves a disgusting after taste that lasts for a couple of hours.</p>
<p>Whilst using Thermobol I could feel my heart beating faster, I felt physically warmer and I was a bit jittery. I also had difficulty sleeping as I was buzzing more than a hamster on acid. Luckily, the insomnia and feeling jittery only lasted for a couple of days before disappearing and I guess my body just got used to the Thermobol. It’s amazing how adaptable the human body can be. That said, I still felt warm and my heart was beating faster throughout the duration of use.</p>
<p>***So do they work?****</p>
<p>During my period of use I would say that these pills worked for me but I was also following a strict diet and regular exercise program, which I was following before use and continued to follow after use. Whilst using the pills my fat loss was accelerated but only for a short period. The first two weeks I noticed significant results however these soon tailed right off, which according to some forums I have been on is a common thing. These site claim the body gets used to the pills and they no longer affect it. The only way around this is to use the pills for two to four weeks and then take a break or use a different sort of fat burner for a short time before going back to them.</p>
<p>****Where can I get them? How much am I needing to part with?****</p>
<p>At £35.99 for 90 pills (i.e. 30 day’s supply) Thermobol aren’t particularly cheap but they aren’t the most expensive fat burners either. I appreciate that there are much cheaper alternatives on Ebay, but most of these seem to come from the US, besides Maximuscle is a well known and respected UK brand in the body building world so you know you’re getting something that is not only genuine and decent, but also something that has been tested and adheres to all UK safety standards, therefore I think this piece of mind is worth paying extra for.</p>
<p>****Conclusion****</p>
<p>As you’ve probably already guessed Thermobol are not miracle pills. After all, if they were then we would all be able to eat and drink as much as what we wanted and still retain perfect bodies. However, combine these with a sensible diet and a good exercise regime and these will assist you in reaching your goals quicker.</p>
<p>Many believe the most potent ingredients in these pills are the green tea and caffeine, therefore why not just devour green tea and caffeine pills? I, for one, am not entirely convinced about this since if this were true why would muscle building companies spend copious amounts of cash on developing these pills?</p>
<p>Would I recommend them? That is a difficult one. I suffered some adverse side effects although these soon subsided but it appears this is not the case for everyone. In addition, whilst they worked for me (to a certain extent) these don’t work for everyone so the only thing is to “buy and try”.</p>
